Fried sardines

Ingredients:
Sardines, salt, oil, flour

   

Recipe:
Take 1/2 kg of pre-cleaned sardines, salt them and leave them like that for about an hour. Then they need to be rolled in flour and then fried in hot oil for about 5 minutes until they get a nice roasted browm color.

Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: sage.
