Turkey or chicken breast


Take about 300 grams of the mentioned meat, and slice into thin pieces. Add salt and red pepper. In addition, sprinkle a smaller quantity of minced garlic and leave for about 15 minutes. Remove garlic from the meat, then roast it in hot oil until it gets a nice roasted color.
