Bacon omelette
Ingredients:
Eggs, bacon, oil, salt.
Recipe:
Slice 100 grams of bacon into slices with the thickness of approximately 2-4 mm. After that, slice the bacon slices further into smaller pieces. Add a small amount of oil (sunflower) to the pan, and begin to heat. At the same time begin to add the bacon and heat until the pieces get a mild roasted color. Then add the previously mixed eggs (2-3), and continue to heat until the eggs get a golden yellow baked color. When the eggs thicken enough, the meal is done. If you like your omelette more roasted, you can heat it for a bit longer. It is even better when served with some vegetables.
