Fried squids

Ingredients:
Squids, flour, salt, oil.

   

Recipe:
Pre-cleaned squids are cut into rings, which are then salted and covered with flour. These are then fried in oil until they get a nice roasted color (usually after about 5 minutes).

Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: sage.
