Ingredients:
Hake fillets, lemon, salt, parsley, onion
Recipe:
Take about 1/2 kg of pre-cleaned hake fillets, salt them and leave them like that for about an hour. Then put them in a roasting pan, and prior to baking, you can make a simple sauce that is poured over your hake fillets before putting them into the oven. It is prepared easily by draining one lemon, and adding some parsley and garlic, or port, and salt as desired. After adding the sauce, it is time to roast the fillets covered with aluminium foil for 25 to 30 minutes. After that, the meal is finished.
Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: sage.
