Fried meat sticks
Ingredients:
Turkey or chicken breast, salt, eggs, milk, flour, oil
Recipe:
First, the breast (200-300 grams) is taken and small "sticks" of meat, about 1.5-2.0 cm thick are cut out with a knife. Then they are salted and other ingredients like pepper and origano are also added if desired. In the meantime we make dough by using one egg, about 200 ml of milk and about 3 spoons of flour. The dough mixture will be similar to the one used for making pancakes. After that, the prepared meat sticks are dipped in this dough mixture and are then fryed in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes, until they get a nice roasted color.
