Name:
Meat filled peppers

Ingredients:
Minced meat, rice, peppers, tomato juice, flour, fat

   

Recipe:
Take 1/2 kg of ground meat and add 50-100 grams of rice. To this mixture chopped onions, salt, pepper and other spices can be added as desired. After the mixture is prepared, a pot is filled with sufficient quantity of water to fit the number of peppers that you plan to fill with ground meat. Then begin to heat up the water. At the same time in a smaller pan add a spoonful of fat, a spoonful of fluor, and a bit of tomato juice (and perhaps a spoonful of red pepper), slightly heat up (be careful not to burn it), and then add this to the water in which you will cook your meat filled peppers.

After that we take pre-cleaned fresh peppers and fill them with the prepared mixture and put them one by one into the pot. Then cook for about an hour and a half, and after that, the meal is ready.

Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: rosemary. One can also add a small amount of certain dried mushrooms, such as: Craterellus cornucopioides, Boletus aereus, Boletus edulis, Morchella esculenta.
