Schnitzel with cheese
Ingredients:
Turkey or chicken breast, flour, eggs, salt, breadcrumbs, oil.
Recipe:
Pound the turkey or chicken breast first, to reach the desired thickness. After that, slices of cheese are added to one half of the piece of meat. Then the other half is used to cover the first half of the meat (with cheese on it). This is added first to flour, then to beaten and salted eggs, then to breadcrumbs. Schnitzels prepared like that are fried until their surface gets a nice roasted color (usually after 5 to 10 minutes).
Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: rosemary.
