Ingredients:
Minced meat, rice, pickled cabbage leaves, tomato juice, flour, fat
Recipe:
Take 1/2 kg of ground meat and add 50-100 grams of rice. To this mixture chopped onions, salt, pepper and other spices can be added as desired. After the mixture is prepared, a pot is filled with sufficient quantity of water to fit the number of cabbage leaves that you plan to fill with ground meat. After that, take a few leaves of pickled cabbage, and put a some of the prepared meat mixture and put it in the middle of the cabbage leaf. After that, just pack the meat in the cabbage, that way forming round "packets", and put them in the pot. Then cook for about an hour and a half. After that, in a smaller pan add a spoonful of fat, a spoonful of fluor, and a bit of tomato juice (and perhaps a spoonful of red pepper), slightly heat up (be careful not to burn it), and then add this to the water in which you will cook your meat filled cabbages.
One can also add a small amount of certain dried mushrooms, such as: Craterellus cornucopioides, Boletus aereus, Boletus edulis, Morchella esculenta.
